Each room is approx. 18 m² in size, features a built-in wardrobe, and offers direct access to the sunny terrace, which invites you to linger and relax.

Available for shared use:

• Private bathroom with separate shower and WC
• Shared laundry room
• Possibility to set up part of the laundry room as a simple kitchenette (e.g., with a small refrigerator and a hotplate)

Location:
The property is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Witikon, only a few meters from the Zweiackerstrasse bus stop. With the bus, you can reach the city center of Zürich directly.

A shopping center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, church, and other shops can be reached in 3 bus stops or approx. 15 minutes on foot.

Since a family (mother with three teenagers) lives in the upper part of the house, we preferably request female tenants or a quiet practice (e.g., therapy, counseling, coaching, studio, or similar activities).

ATTENTION: there is no kitchen. However, there is a sink in the laundry room and a simple kitchen could be improvised.
