Room in a shared flat

Ab November vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen Wohnung in Zürich und suche eine Mitbewohnerin (Frau). Einzug ab Oktober ist ebenfalls möglich.

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, mit moderner Küche und schöner Aussicht über Zürich. Sie liegt nahe Albisriederplatz, mit sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung sowie vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer hat ein Bett und ist ansonsten unmöbliert. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite im Marketing. Mir ist ein sauberes und ruhiges Zuhause wichtig und ich suche eine sympathische und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerin. Zunächst wird das Zimmer untervermietet. Später besteht die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Wohnung längerfristig zur Untermiete zu übernehmen.

Miete: CHF 1'250 inkl. Nebenkosten

Room in Zurich from November – Option for Longer-Term Sublet

From November, I am subletting a room in my cozy apartment in Zurich and am looking for a female flatmate. Moving in from October is also possible.

The apartment is bright and cozy, with a modern kitchen and a beautiful view over Zurich. It is located close to Albisriederplatz, with excellent public transport connections and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.
The room comes with a bed but is otherwise unfurnished. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared.

I am 34 years old and work in marketing. A clean and quiet home is important to me, and I am looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate.
Initially, the room will be sublet. Later on, there may be the option to take over the entire apartment as a longer-term sublet.

4th floor without an elevator, no balcony.
Rent: CHF 1,250 per month including utilities.
