Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone :) We are looking for a new flatmate in our cozy apartment in Oerlikon from 1st of December.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 other working professionals (25F, 27F). We do enjoy having friends over for occasional dinners, but also appreciate having some quiet evenings to unwind after work. Ideally, we are looking for a woman aged 24-30, non-smoking and no pets.

The apartment (110sqm) is fully-furnished, and comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bicycle room in the building and additional storage in the cellar.

The room itself is spacious (14.27sqm), fully-furnished and comes with its own private bathroom. As I will be moving abroad, priority will be given to those willing to take over the room with all furniture, appliances and other items at a cost. More details will be shared during the viewing.

Most of these items were bought new personally and have been used for less than 2 years, so they are still in excellent working condition :) Ideal for students, working adults moving to Zürich with little/no pre-existing furniture of their own!

The flat is in a great location, with many amenities (supermarkets, gyms, parks, shops, etc) within minutes of walking distance.

Less than 10 mins to Oerlikon main station on foot, 3 mins by tram.
16 mins to Zürich Airport.
15 mins to Zürich HB.
15 mins to ETH Hönggerberg.

A parking spot is available at an additional cost if needed.
