In the apartment itself, there is a spacious kitchen with airfryer, microwave and dishwasher. A beautiful, small terrace with mountain view is included. Directly next door is the Hotel Val Gronda, which possesses a good restaurant and a wellness area. Two bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. In less than 15 minutes, the local bus will take you to the mountain railways. A free outdoor parking space is located 5 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment has just been renovated. Whether for ski days, winter hikes or simply to switch off in the mountains, the apartment offers an uncomplicated and cozy starting point for the winter season. Since the apartment is being rented out for the first time, you are welcome to be the first tenant.
