Room in a shared flat

New flatmate wanted, from 1 December 2026 (later also possible by arrangement)

Our current flatmate is unfortunately leaving us, and therefore a room is becoming available!

We, Theresa & Jenny, are looking from 1 December 2026 for a new female or male flatmate who feels like having a cozy, uncomplicated, and communal WG life.

Your room
Your room is 15.5 m² in size and you have your own bathroom.
In addition, we have an extra room that we currently use as an office. You are of course also allowed to use this, for home office, studying, or simply as a retreat.

And for everyone with a car:
We have a garage parking space that we currently pay for together. Since none of us currently has a car, it is essentially just waiting to finally be used again.

We are Theresa & Jenny, two open and enterprising personalities. We enjoy cooking together, chatting, laughing, and also doing something spontaneously sometimes. At the same time, of course, everyone has their own space; after all, one does not have to argue about the washing up together every evening.

It is important to us that you are open, uncomplicated, and tidy and feel like having an active WG life. We are therefore not just looking for someone who happens to share the apartment with us, but someone who would like to become part of our small WG community. Ideally, you are between 23 and 33 years old.
