Room in a shared flat

Hallo zusammen!
Ich gebe mein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG ab, weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe gut. 😊
Ab sofort frei.

Das Zimmer:

18 mq, hell und mit einem eigenen Balkon – im Sommer echt Gold wert. Alle Möbel, die du auf den Bildern siehst (ausser dem Bett), kannst du gerne von mir übernehmen. Wenn nicht, nehme ich sie einfach mit.

Die Wohnung:

Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es noch das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners (30, männlich, unkompliziert und entspannt). Dazu ein grosszügiger Eingangsbereich, Küche und Bad. Im Untergeschoss stehen eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die Waschkarte übergebe ich dir direkt.

Die Lage:

Direkt an der Haltestelle Kappeli (Tram 2). In rund 10 Minuten bist du im Stadtzentrum, mit dem Auto ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten zur ETH Zürich. Der Letzigrund ist gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles Nötige sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Parkplatz (optional)
Ich habe hier in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gemietet, den ich gerne übergebe.

Hi everyone!
I’m giving up my room in our 2-person flatshare because I’m moving in with my girlfriend – next step, all good. 😊 Available immediately.

The room:

18 mq , bright, and with its own private balcony – a real treat in summer. All the furniture you see in the photos (except the bed) is yours to take over if you like. If not, I’ll simply take it with me.

The flat:

Besides my room there’s my flatmate’s room (30, male, easy-going and relaxed). Plus a spacious entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs there’s a shared washing machine and dryer – I’ll hand over the laundry card directly.

The location:

Right at the Kappeli tram stop (line 2). About 10 minutes to the city centre, and roughly 10 minutes by car to ETH Zurich. The Letzigrund stadium is just around the corner, and shops and everyday essentials are within walking distance.

Parking (optional)
I rent a parking space nearby which I’m happy to pass on – 100 CHF extra per month.
