Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a flatmate for my apartment in Boltshausen (suburb of Weinfelden), or rather, I am renting out a beautiful room. Man or woman doesn't matter, from December 1, 2026, at the earliest.

I am M, 35 years old, work as a researcher / lecturer at a university.

As a flatmate, I would summarize myself as: empathetic, funny, willing to compromise, a cook, in need of quiet.

The social aspect / community is important to me in a shared flat - not just a community of convenience.

I live alone, but every second weekend my children come by and stay overnight here.

Price: 900 Franken / month - flat rate, all inclusive (see below)

Room to be rented: 16 square meters, with large built-in wardrobes

Private bathroom (=2 in total), large living area, kitchen, garden, space for one car

Internet and all utility costs (such as heating, water, electricity, Serafe etc.) included

Obligation to help in the garden, specifically: once every second month in the summer half-year to mow and trim the lawn.

Deposit to be provided: three months' rent = 2700 Franken.
