This apartment features a comfortable living/sleeping area with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. A seating area with a dining table and chairs provides space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer, and a starter set of soap and shampoo. Included in the final price are bed linen, towels and bath towels, TV with international channels, WLAN internet, and the final cleaning for stays up to 30 days. Guests also have access to the laundry room on the ground floor. The holiday apartment is located in an excellent location in the Erlenmatt district, a sustainably developed area recognized as a 2000-watt area. This district combines urbanity with nature and offers modern amenities for living, working, and leisure, including a central park. The Bâleo Erlenmatt building itself houses a Coop supermarket, a coffee and tea shop, a daycare center, and a gym. The connection to public transport is optimal: EuroAirport is reachable in 10 minutes and the Badischer Bahnhof station is only 500 m away. The bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt is located directly in front of the building and offers easy access to Basel SBB station, the old town, and all sights. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2.000,00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 are charged. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after completion of the booking. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and levies include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4,90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4,20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city, a maximum of 30 nights is charged); and in Zug CHF 1,00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2.000,00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and is charged separately.
