Following a withdrawal, 1 large bedroom is becoming available in a beautiful furnished 158 m² apartment in Gland! My name is Sarah, I am 38 years old, I am leaving the flatshare on 30.09 having found a studio, the move-in will be on October 1st ideally or on October 15th. My 2 current flatmates are working women.

RENTS (charges included):

• Large bedroom CHF 1204.- / 44 m², upstairs, studio feel when closing the door
• Indoor parking space optional: CHF 130.-
• Count approximately CHF 100.-/month for flatshare costs (electricity, cleaning, wifi, TV, common products, rental guarantee)

We are looking for: serious, calm, tidy, non-smoking person. Flatshare of active adults, calm but convivial atmosphere at times. Cleaning lady 1x/2 weeks for common areas.

Apartment (duplex, 2nd floor, <10 min walk from the station):

• 2 occupied bedrooms + 44 m² bedroom + 12 m² common room + kitchen + large living/dining room + bathroom (bathtub + washing machine + WC) + guest WC + balcony + cellar
