We are renting a 4-room apartment in Sunnebüel in Volketswil as of 1 December 2026.

The apartment impresses with the following features:

• Large glazed balcony with views of the greenery
• Own cellar compartment

Due to the dense bus network, various shopping opportunities such as Volkiland or the center of Volketswil are easily accessible. With public transport, you can reach the city of Zürich within 30 minutes. In addition, Volketswil has two motorway connections.

Upon request, you are welcome to rent a parking space for CHF 130/mtl.
