Regarding the current situation:
I am looking for a main tenant to take over my main lease agreement.
If possible, I would like to move out immediately (can be discussed).
My roommate would stay until January 2027 (can also be discussed).
The last room is currently vacant and can be occupied immediately.
Conditions for the transfer of the main lease agreement are:

• Payment of a rental deposit of 5350.-
• Proof of three times the rent in income (approx. 8000.-). If several people are in the lease agreement, it can be supported by several people.
