4 ½ rooms single house

We are renting out our single-family house on the Wilihof agricultural farm in Brittnau. Are you looking for a house in the green on an active agricultural farm in the middle of nature? Then you might soon be our tenants.

Included in the rent are 2 outdoor parking spaces. Electricity, water, and wastewater costs are charged directly to the tenant according to individual meters. Heating costs (oil heating) will be additionally invoiced by us according to heat meters. The house is currently being partially renovated (painting, floors, etc.). No other rooms outside of the single-family house (stable, craftsman rooms, etc.) and no pasture land are available. Due to animal husbandry (sheep) on the Wilihof, we prefer tenants without dogs.
