We are looking for new tenants for our beautiful, renovated 4-room apartment from 1 November 2026 or, by arrangement, also later.

All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with herringbone parquet. Olten station is reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot. The apartment features an attic compartment as well as its own washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment. Additionally, a drying room is available for shared use.

The balcony is facing the inner courtyard and is directly accessible from the kitchen.

Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity (Sälipark/Sälihof shopping centre, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has approx. 85 m².

In particular, we would like to leave the clothes rails in the bedroom in the apartment, but this can be discussed.

We very much enjoyed living in this apartment and are leaving it because we are moving to Bern.
