I am renting a 13 m² room for CHF 1’450 incl. utilities in a beautiful, spacious penthouse apartment in the middle of Albisrieden.

The room & the apartment

The room is approx. 13 m² and offers access to a large terrace, which you share with one other person. Additionally, you have your own toilet; you share the shower with one other person.

And very importantly: although you are renting a room, you are of course allowed to use the entire apartment and all common areas. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and offers plenty of space, so that there is sufficient privacy even in a shared apartment.

👋 About me

I am Aya, 30 years old and work in the field of Communication & Content. In my free time, I like to be active – football, badminton, tennis, gym, or simply outdoors in nature. I very much enjoy filming and photography, like going to concerts, and am equally up for a spontaneous drink or a cozy evening at home.

My Cocker Spaniel Paco 🐶 will also be moving in with me. He is very sweet, quiet, well-behaved, and used to shared apartment life. Therefore, you should like dogs. I am basically also open to it if you have a dog yourself – provided that the two of them, of course, get along well.

🔎 Who I am looking for

I am looking for an open, uncomplicated, and reliable person who wants a beautiful home and a relaxed shared apartment life. It is important to me that we don't just live anonymously next to each other. I would find it nice if we cooked together, had a drink, chatted, or did something spontaneously every now and then.

At the same time, everyone has their own daily routine and retreat is just as important. Fortunately, the apartment offers more than enough space for this.
