As of now, I am renting out a ca. 16.8 m² large, unfurnished room in a spacious, partially furnished apartment on Bionstrasse, 8006 Zürich. The floor plan shows a separate kitchen and another spacious room/living area next to the room.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful and quiet area at the Zürichberg, while at the same time, you can quickly reach the city center. The Seilbahn Rigiblick and a Migros are only about a 5-minute walk away.

Living room, kitchen and bathroom are used communally. The apartment is already partially furnished and features a washing machine and dishwasher directly in the apartment – so no laundry room schedule in the basement.

Rent: CHF 1’500 / month (includes everything from utilities to internet)

I am looking for an uncomplicated, reliable and considerate person, ideally employed, PhD/Postdoc or similar, who appreciates pleasant and relaxed cohabitation.
