A cozy, fully furnished 15 m² room is becoming available in our 3-person flatshare starting November 1st.
Price:

• 1,330 CHF / month

The Room & Apartment:

• Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving unit, and an armchair.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with 2 fridges, an oven, and a dishwasher.
• Storage: Includes access to a private storage room/cellar downstairs.
• Cleaning: A cleaning service comes every week to clean the shared spaces.
• Management: The agency/landlord is very helpful and responsive whenever needed.

Location & Transport (Köchlistrasse):

• Excellent public transport connections: Less than a 5-minute walk to Trams 2, 3, 9, and 14, Bus 32, and Bahnhof Wiedikon.
• Easy commute: Around 20 minutes to ETH / Uni Zurich (Zentrum).

Flatmates: You will be sharing the apartment with two flatmates:

• Myself, a final-year Master’s student at ETH Zürich.
• An intern from Germany currently working at Lindt
