2 ½ rooms apartment

I am renting out my fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Oberengstringen on a limited basis from 2 November to 13 December 2026 during my stay abroad.

Rent: CHF 1’850/month, incl. utilities, electricity, high-speed internet and furnishings.

Flat rate for the entire period: CHF 2’700. The flat rate corresponds to the proportionally calculated rent for the 42 days and is slightly rounded. No additional utility costs will be incurred.

The apartment combines a very practical location with plenty of nature directly in the surrounding area. The Oberengstringen Zentrum bus stop is practically at the doorstep and offers fast connections towards Bahnhof Altstetten and Frankental with numerous connection possibilities into the city and surroundings.

Various shopping facilities are also located directly on-site, so that everyday life can be organized easily without a car. (No parking space available)

At the same time, you can reach the Limmat in around 10 minutes on foot – ideal for walks, jogging or some peace by the water. The forest is also quickly accessible. The location is therefore ideal for someone who wants to be well connected to Zürich and at the same time appreciates the proximity to nature.

The apartment is furnished and ready for occupancy. It features a separate bedroom with a 160 × 180 cm bed, a cozy living room with TV, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub as well as its own balcony. An elevator is available. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building for communal use.

The apartment is ideally suited for a single person, for example for a temporary professional stay, an internship, studies or as a transitional solution in the Zürich area.

Non-smoking apartment · no pets

A person who takes over the apartment for the entire period from 02.11.–13.12.2026 is preferred.

The subletting takes place with the consent of the administration and via a regular fixed-term sublease agreement.
