Room in a shared flat

I am renting a room in a newly founded 3-person shared flat in Spiegel b. Bern from 01.11.26.
Quiet residential area, with the bus in 10min. at Bern station, shopping facilities in the locality.
The Spiegel is located on the outskirts of Bern, in a somewhat elevated location at the Gurten. In 5min. in the local recreation area (forest, Gurten adventure offers).
The Aare for relaxing and swimming is reachable on foot in 15min.
Non-smoker house, pets not allowed.
The house is in chalet style, the room has a stretched carpet, built-in wardrobes and optionally the bed and the desk can be used.
Kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace are used communally. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, microwave, etc.
Service charges are not included in the rent.
Service charges: 200.- per month, included in this are heating costs, water, electricity, washing machine without additional costs, Wlan.
