I am moving into a beautiful 4.5-room apartment on 01.10. and would like to take in another person with whom I can share the apartment respectfully, uncomplicatiedly, and pleasantly.
The apartment is located in a very quiet location with good bus connections and is not far from the train station. It features a large room, also a living room, with a balcony and a beautiful view. Each room has its own bathroom with WC.
About me: I am 35 years old, a non-smoker, and work in the social sector. I am a quiet, uncomplicated, and easy-going person and value respectful and pleasant coexistence.
