Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone :)

We are ideally looking for a person between 20 and 30 who is not just looking for a purely functional shared flat. Tidiness and cleanliness are a must, but not exaggerated, and perhaps being open to a shared flat evening every now and then.

You would live together with Duru (f) and Lena (f); Duru speaks no German and Lena speaks English better than German, so it would therefore be good if you could speak it too :)

Consideration for the others would also be quite important, which means not 24/7 music at full volume, so just normal interaction with some consideration, nothing world-changing :)

The apartment is completely furnished (except for your room).
It is a 3-person shared flat with a shower and a living kitchen. Additionally, there is a basement compartment and a laundry room.

The room is very spacious with approx. 18m² and has a large window which provides a lot of light. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating and, except for the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment is equipped with parquet.

The apartment is located in the center of Luzern and is super well-connected
Aldi, Migros and Coop: 350m away
Hauptbahnhof: 800m
Bushaltestelle Pilatusplatz: 200m

Standard answers will not be considered, the date for moving in can be seen as fixed.

We’re ideally looking for someone between 20 and 30 who isn't just looking for a purely functional living arrangement. Tidiness and cleanliness are a must—though not to an obsessive degree—and we’d love someone who is open to the occasional shared evening together.

You’d be living with Duru (f) and Lena (f). Duru doesn't speak German, and Lena’s English is better than her German, so it would be great if you speak English too :)

Being considerate of others is also important—meaning no music at full volume 24/7; just normal, considerate behavior—nothing too demanding :)

The apartment is fully furnished (except for your room).
It’s a shared flat for three people, featuring a shower and an eat-in kitchen. There is also a basement storage unit and a laundry room.

The room is very spacious (approx. 18 m²) and has a large window that lets in plenty of light. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and features parquet flooring in every room except the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in the center of Lucerne with excellent transport links:
Aldi, Migros, and Coop: 350m away
Main train station: 800m
Pilatusplatz bus stop: 200m
