I am looking for a successor for my apartment located in Champel, close to the Crêts de Champel, available from 1 November 2026.

The apartment is approximately 58 m² and is located on the 4th floor with an elevator, in a building that has been entirely renovated recently. I have been the first occupant of the apartment since August 2025.

Very bright, it includes:

• a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher and induction hobs;
• one bedroom;
• one bathroom;
• a large covered balcony;
• a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment;
• a large cellar;
• a large bicycle storage room.

A parking space in the building may also be available at an additional cost.

The apartment is very well located, close to amenities and transport: bus 3 and 11 nearby and Genève-Champel station about 5 minutes on foot.

Rent: CHF 2'050 + CHF 210 charges, i.e., CHF 2'260/month.

Visits

Two time slots are planned:

• Tuesday 29 September: 17h-19h
• Wednesday 30 September: 12h-15h

In order to process applications quickly, visits will only be offered to people with a solvent file, with net incomes of at least 3x the rent, and wishing to take over all the furniture currently present in the apartment.

The complete list of furniture as well as the takeover price will be communicated privately before the visit.
