Approx. 1 minute walk from the Segantinistrasse bus stop (Bus No. 46), 5 minutes walk to Migros, Coop, Denner, Alnatura. Near ETH Hönggerberg (approx. 10 minutes walk).
Large, fully furnished room with a window front and lots of light.
Shared use of kitchen, WC/bath. Washing machine/dryer in the basement

I am somewhat introverted and would find it great if the second person were also rather a bit like that.
I enjoy building all sorts of things out of wood for my guinea pigs and the vegetable balcony.
Since I have pets, it would be ideal if you do not have a pet hair allergy.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment!

The rent including utilities is 1000.-
Electricity, internet (LAN & WLAN), furniture, household insurance, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. are separate.
Everything together as a package is 1200.-
Deposit: 3 months' rent. (3600.- You get back at the end if everything is good)
