Room in a shared flat

The room is 14m2 in size, with two windows facing north and east. It is equipped with a wardrobe and a bookshelf and, upon request, the desk (see picture) can also be used. The bathroom with shower as well as a small toilet, and a large living room (35 m2 including kitchen) are used communally.

We are looking for an upbeat woman, young or young at heart, non-smoker, who appreciates a rather quiet atmosphere, can enjoy the garden and patio with the pond, and in the cooler season, the sofa in the living room or the large kitchen for cooking and baking.

I am (f) 23 years old, in training to become a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau, therefore irregularly at home. The third bedroom is used as a guest room by my sister or other close family members, and is therefore mostly vacant. My parents live in the attic apartment in the same house and also use the laundry room and storage rooms in the basement.
