I am renting out a cozy, bright room in my homely single-family house at Alpenweg 11 in 3315 Kräiligen. Since I live in the house myself, I am looking for a quiet, tidy, and reliable personality who appreciates a harmonious and calm living environment. (I am also employed).

• The offer is perfectly tailored to weekly residents, commuters, or shift workers (e.g., night watch / nursing professions). Consideration will naturally be given to the special quiet periods during night working hours within the house.

• Flexible regarding furnishing: The room will be handed over furnished or unfurnished upon request. WC and shower available, not in the room.
• Top location for commuters: Kräiligen is strategically perfect. Solothurn and Bern are both quickly and easily accessible by car as well as via the nearby Bätterkinden (RBS) train station.
• Rent:

CHF 550.- per month, or by arrangement, as 3 rooms are available to choose from.
(incl. all ancillary costs such as heating, electricity, and WLAN).

• Car parking space is available if required.
