Our charming house is located in an idyllic location, directly at the edge of the forest with a view of the mountains.
The rental property includes an outdoor area of 700m2, which can be managed by the tenants themselves and used according to their own ideas.
About the house:
On the ground floor, there is a spacious cloakroom, two bedrooms, a wet room, and direct access to the garage. On the 1st floor, there is another wet room, the kitchen, an additional bedroom, as well as the cozy living and dining area with a wood stove. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious terrace.

The setting and surroundings:
The village of Trin is a mountain village characterized by Romansh in the Surselva region, which impresses with its beautiful mountain lakes, the UNESCO World Heritage Sardona Tectonic Arena, and the skiing, hiking, and biking paradise of Flims Laax.
In the immediate vicinity of the property are the cross-country skiing trails, the yoga and fitness course, and the tennis court.
The Postauto station is within a few minutes' walking distance.

We wish for uncomplicated, reliable, and appreciative people. We can imagine a family, a couple, or a shared apartment. However, not with more than four people.
