About the apartment:

The bright, well-maintained 4.5-room attic apartment at Luegislandstrasse 86 offers a spacious floor plan and plenty of space for living together.

• Highlights: Large, sunny terrace & cozy living room with fireplace.
• Comfort: Bathroom with bathtub + private laundry tower (washing machine/dryer) in the apartment, as well as a separate guest toilet.
• Media: TV connection, internet and WLAN are already fully set up and included in the costs.
• Furnishing: The common rooms (living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace) are already furnished with the essentials. You are very welcome to bring your own furniture! Your future room will be handed over completely empty upon request. Additionally, you will have the upper floor with spiral staircase access all to yourself! There are also 4 smaller storage and utility rooms in the apartment or terrace.
• Parking: An underground parking space can be optionally requested from the administration.
• Location: Very good public transport connections in Schwamendingen.
• Monthly: CHF 1'690.– (includes your share of the gross rent incl. service charges as well as TV/Internet). The total rent is CHF 3'380.– and is exactly halved.
• One-time: CHF 5'070.– rental deposit (your half of the security deposit in a joint blocked account).
• Service charges: Electricity and Serafe will be divided fairly among yourselves.

About your roommate:

You will live together with Gregor (48, CH). I am a trained electrical service technician and work 100% (Mon–Fri). I am young at heart, uncomplicated, quiet, and often on the go. Clean, orderly, and respectful coexistence is very important to me – a cleaning plan by arrangement is a matter of course for me.

What you should bring:

Since we operate the apartment as equal co-tenants, you will be officially included in the rental agreement (subject to approval from the administration).

• Documents: Clean creditworthiness / current extract from the debt enforcement register for the administration.
