Wir vermieten ein helles, geräumiges Zimmer in unserer 76 m² grossen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Luzern. Das Zimmer profitiert von viel natürlichem Licht und ist bereits teilmöbliert: Es verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett, Nachttische und eine Stehlampe – ideal, um direkt einzuziehen.
Über uns und die Wohnung:
Du teilst die Wohnung (Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich) mit einem jungen, entspannten Paar. Wir legen Wert auf ein sauberes, freundliches und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben.
Miete und Kosten:
Monatsmiete: 980 CHF (inkl. Heiz- und Betriebskosten)
Zusätzliche Nebenkosten: ca. 40-60 CHF pro Monat (für Strom, Wasser, Internet etc.)

About the room:
We are renting out a bright and spacious room in our 76 sqm 3-room apartment in Lucerne. The room gets plenty of sunlight and comes partially furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a floor lamp – perfect for moving in right away.
About us and the flat:
You will be sharing the apartment (kitchen, and bathroom) with a young, easygoing couple. We value a clean, friendly, and respectful living environment.
Rent and Costs:
Monthly rent: 980 CHF (heating and general building costs included)
Additional utilities: approx. 40-60 CHF per month (for electricity, water, internet, etc.)
