Due to our own wedding, we are subletting our unique 4.5-room apartment in the «Plaza» building in the vibrant 4VIERTEL quarter (Seetalplatz, Emmenbrücke). Perfectly suited for expats, couples in a transitional phase, or project employees.

• Rental period: 01. October to 06. November 2026 (flexible move-in possible until 07. October).
• Flat rate rent: CHF 3'140.– / month (incl. heating, hot water, and operating costs as well as high-speed internet and furniture surcharge).
• Parking space: Underground parking space available optionally for CHF 150.– / month.
• Deposit: CHF 1'500.– (security deposit before key handover, refund directly after inspection).

Apartment highlights
The former, high-quality renovated "caretaker's apartment" on the 5th floor offers 124 m² of living space with oak industrial parquet, an open dark grey kitchen (induction, dishwasher) as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest toilet. All three bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with a dreamlike panoramic view of the Pilatus. A private utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also included.

The apartment will be handed over fully furnished. To offer you maximum space, we will completely clear out all our personal items (clothing, private documents) in advance.

The 4VIERTEL offers everything right at your doorstep: supermarkets, fitness, cinema, restaurants, and a smart parcel box are located in the same building. Emmenbrücke station as well as buses are right at the doorstep, and nature at the Reuss (Reusszopf, Buvette Nordpol) is only a few minutes' walk away.
