Room in a shared flat

We are subletting a room (approx. 18 m²) in a renovated, well-maintained apartment in the center of Dübendorf. The apartment is well located: Bahnhof Stettbach is reachable in approx. 4 minutes, Zürich HB in approx. 17 minutes. The room is quiet, bright and fully furnished. The rent is 960 CHF per month (gross, incl. electricity and WLAN).

Currently, only my aunt Slavica from Croatia lives in the apartment. She works a lot and is often not at home. When she is there, it is mostly relaxed and her food is disgustingly fine. Since I practically never stay overnight in the apartment, it is mostly very quiet. Accordingly, it is important to me that you are responsible and handle the apartment with care.

About me: I am the main tenant of the apartment (together with my aunt). I come by to visit occasionally, but I do not live in the apartment but in Zürich at Kreuzstrasse and work as a project manager at the company XIAG in Winti.
