Furnished shared apartment room in Zürich Oerlikon – expected October to December 2026

I am subletting my 12.8 m² WG-room in a modern 4.5-room apartment on the 11th floor of the Osterwalder-Tower in Zürich Oerlikon.

The apartment is approx. 106 m² in size and is shared with two cool and uncomplicated roommates. It features a spacious living/dining area, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms (you would share a bathroom), as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment. Additionally, there is a balcony with a beautiful view and, of course, an elevator.

The room can be taken furnished upon request, including bed, nightstand, and wardrobe/closet.

Location:
Oerlikon station is reachable in approx. 8 walking minutes. From there, you can reach Zürich HB in a few minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurants, etc., are also located in the immediate vicinity.

Period:
October to December 2026, as we will likely dissolve the WG at the end of the year.
Move-in possible a few days earlier in September.

Rent:
CHF 1’200 per month incl. utilities and Wifi
