30m² office

I am looking for someone to share the beautiful and bright atelier in the attic on Freigutstrasse with me. I do pottery and there is enough space for another person who enjoys working creatively. This includes a roof terrace for shared use as well as a water connection in the atelier and skylights. A toilet is available for shared use in the building. Additionally, there are further office premises and apartments in the building.
