Welcome to Volta Basel – An up-and-coming residential and business district in the north of Basel!

The Volta Basel area in the north of the city of Basel is transforming from a traditional industrial site into a vibrant and mixed-use district of St. Johann. An inspiring environment is being created here that harmoniously combines living space, shops, and office areas. At the center is the diversity of use, complemented by a differentiated, site-integrated architecture and extensive, high-quality open spaces that offer good connections to the existing neighborhood.

In Building 2.1, the freely subdividable office areas are located with a total of approximately 2100m2 of floor area. These are subdividable from approx. 312m2 upwards – The areas are rented in basic construction, i.e., shell plus toilet facilities. The technical services such as ventilation and cooling are brought up to the rental area. We would be very happy to support you in your fit-out project.

All office areas can be adapted to any corporate requirements, are flexibly subdividable, and can be easily designed into modern working environments – from large-scale office landscapes to individual offices.

Assumption of tenant fit-out: approx. spring 2026, completion approx. autumn 2026
