Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a shared apartment room for 2-3 nights during the week:

-very cozy apartment with a stove for heating
-large balcony for relaxing
-near the Aare! (above Eichholz)
-room is furnished: part of the wardrobe, desk, chair, bed. The room could also be rented unfurnished.
-Viewing by arrangement
-Move-in as of 1. November or by arrangement
-unlimited with 2-month notice period
-540.- incl. utilities
-I am 44, warm-hearted, open, creative and look forward to mindful, joyful cohabitation :)
