Room in a shared flat

For a weekly resident / part-time resident (1 person), I have a simply partially furnished bedroom for rent in a bijou apartment with a fireplace. Furnished living space, kitchen, and bathroom can be shared. The laundry room, which is accessible at any time, is located on the same floor. The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator – if you aren't fit yet, you will become fit here ;-)

Rental start is from 1 October or by arrangement. The sublet is limited to 1-4 months, possibly with an option to extend. Non-smoking apartment.

I am moving into the apartment myself. The furnishing of the apartment will be different and simple at the beginning. What I do not offer in the apartment: TV and internet – but your mobile hotspot should be sufficient.

I am over 40, established in life, lead an active lifestyle, am sporty, open, optimistic, reflective, interested in many things, and wish for someone on a similar wavelength. My home is my castle – at home, I like it quiet, tidy, and clean and expect the same from you.
