1 room single room

We, an uncomplicated small family (mother and daughter, 11 years old, plus our cat), are renting out a bright room in our house in the popular Hohmadquartier in Thun, immediately or by arrangement.

Since we have our daily routine well-structured, we preferably seek a weekly resident (woman) who works or studies in Thun during the week and spends the weekends at her primary place of residence.

About the room & the location:
Location: The house is located in the quiet and central Hohmadquartier.
Public transport connections:
Thun station is not far away and can be reached easily on foot, by bicycle, or by bus.
Equipment: A bright room, furnished.
Kitchen, bathroom, and living area are to be used communally.
Our garden may also be used.

Who we are looking for:
Since we are a well-coordinated team, you will fit in best with us if you:
Are a woman looking for reliable accommodation. Value order and cleanliness and are happy to participate in our shared household rhythm.
Are adaptable and considerate, as we live together as a family.
Are animal-loving (no allergy to cat hair).

You must have a valid employment contract or a place of study.

The costs amount to CHF 730.00 per month incl. utilities.
