1 room single room

We are creating a shared apartment in our family home during this period from November 2026 to June 2027. The house includes 4 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor with balcony (already rented)
• Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor (14m2) CHF 950.-
• Bedroom 3 on the 1st floor with balcony (18m2) 1150.-
• Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor (50m2) with private bathroom, for 1-2 people: 1500.-

Each bedroom will be equipped with a bed and a wardrobe or unfurnished according to your wish.
There is a large bathroom on the 1st floor to be shared with the roommates on the 1st floor. The ground floor is common with a large living area and an equipped kitchen. The house includes a large terrace, a garden shared with the neighbors and 2 outdoor parking spaces.
The utilities are included (water, electricity, wifi). 2 cats are part of the shared apartment

The village is located 30min from Unil and EPFL by public transport.
