Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a person to take over our vacant room from 1. October until the end of January (flexible).

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared terrace as well as a kitchen and a living/dining room.
The apartment and the room are very bright and offer a beautiful view over the entire city.
The bus stop with lines 80, 78 and 67 is only 5 minutes walking distance away. The terminus of the green tram line 3 can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

The current roommates are Nina, doctor, and Mirela, architect.
We are looking for a sympathetic person around 30, who is considerate and wants an enjoyable life together and wishes to share the home together. :)
