2 shared flat rooms in St. Johann, Basel – for students around 21

I am Marco, studying in my first year at Uni Basel and starting a new 3-person shared flat in St. Johann in mid-October. For this, I am looking for two roommates who are also studying and are approximately the same age (approx. 21).

The apartment
The 4.5-room apartment (82 m²) is located on the 1st floor, very close to the St. Johann/ Kannefelderpark station. Two rooms of approx. 10 m² each are available.

Conditions
Rent: CHF 630 per month incl. utilities and WLAN
Move-in: 16. October 2026 (or by arrangement)
Limited until 30. June 2028

What I am looking for
Not a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only), while at the same time everyone should have enough space for themselves. Open communication, mutual respect, and clean common rooms are important to me.

Write me a few sentences about yourself: what you study, how old you are, what you like to do, and how you imagine shared flat life. Since I am only taking over the apartment as of 16. October, a viewing beforehand is unfortunately not possible. However, I would be happy to meet for an introduction and show you the apartment with a 3D model, video, and pictures.
