I am offering for sublet a furnished 2.5-room apartment on the 1st floor, comprising a living room with open kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, 22 m² terrace and a 6m² balcony.
The apartment is located towards the Bonlieu district, bus stop in front of the street (Mont-Blanc stop) 3 lines serve it. About 15 minutes on foot from La Riponne, city center.
The furniture includes bed base, mattress, sheets (if necessary), wardrobe, sofa, bookshelves, shelves, cupboards, living room table and chairs, outdoor barbecue, terrace table and chairs.

The bathroom also has a washing machine and a dryer.

The sublet will be from 7 November 2026 to 17 February 2027.

The documents to bring during the visit are:

• identity document
• residence permit for persons of foreign nationality
• 3 latest payslips
• extract from the office des poursuites dated less than 3 months

In addition, it will be requested to have taken out personal liability insurance and private household insurance for the duration of the sublet.
