Room in a shared flat

I am a woman in my 40s, very tidy and reliable, and am looking for a girl or a woman from school age onwards who is looking for a pleasant room to live in.

The apartment is spacious and cozy. The tenant can use the entire kitchen as well as the common rooms. Additionally, we have a beautiful terrace with BBQ facilities, which is wonderful for relaxing, especially in summer.

A very lovely and friendly cat also lives in the apartment. Therefore, it would be important that you like cats or at least have no problem with them.

It is also important that you speak German or Croatian so that we can communicate well.

I am looking for a tidy, reliable, and respectful person who feels comfortable in the apartment and treats the common rooms with care.
